Tasting Notes:
This wine has an intense color, ruby red, with notes of black and red fruits like blueberries, plums, cassis and blackberries with spicy notes. The plate is soft, juicy and refreshing acidity and soft tanins.
Harvest:
The grapes were manually harvested using 10kg baskets, selecting the best bunches in order to use the highest quality grapes. Then they were transported into the winery in 400kg bins. In the winery, the grapes were cold macerated for 5 days, then fermented in stainless steel tanks with strict temperature control between 27-30°C for 10 days. After fermentation, the wines are stored in stainless steel tanks for 4 to 6 months in contact with oak to give complexity and evolution to finally be clarified and stabilised before bottling.

It is ready to enjoy now.

Warm and dry Mediterranean climate. Long, dry summers, temperatures moderated by cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean. Rainy winters.
